Put fast movers on the route
List bottled drinks, cans, water, juice and chilled snacks by turnover and package height. Plan the shelf zones so staff can refill quickly and shoppers can scan the door. Keep heavy or reserve products in positions that avoid creating an unsafe reach.
Protect the aisle
Check door swing, handle clearance, queue position, checkout approach and delivery route. A cabinet beside a high-traffic entrance may need a different door count or frontage from one on a quiet wall. Include the open-door condition in the plan.
